Responsibilities
Log into web-based portals to retrieve patient information
Enter patient information into EMR
Verify patient insurance
Keep inventory of supplies and notify appropriate person when low
Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed
Requirements
EMR experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Maintain composure in a busy environment
High school degree
