The Team

The U.S. Division of American Tower is seeking an Attorney I to join the Real Estate Legal & Compliance group.  As an Attorney I in the Real Estate Legal & Compliance group, your responsibilities will include, without limitation, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting various real estate leases, lease amendments, easements, and other legal agreements and documents relative to American Tower’s real property interests and related assets. You will also participate in and help drive process and template improvement projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy in daily transactions. Likewise, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving problematic real estate-related issues in order to mitigate American Tower’s risk exposure, resolve issues that may impact relationships with customers, vendors, real estate owners, or other third parties, and ensure negotiated terms comply with American Tower requirements. You will also consistently collaborate with your business partners and internal customers to share pertinent legal concepts and any transaction or project-related risks associated with deals and projects in order to support and advance American Tower’s business strategy and objectives while protecting American Tower’s interests.
