Job Description:

PARTS SPECIALIST

 

Join a team of John Deere Parts Experts in Waterloo!  If you enjoy a fast paced, constantly changing work environment, where you serve customers by locating the needed parts to keep them going- this may be the job for you!

 

Duties include:

• Working with internal and external customers to identify parts needed.
• Assist with daily shipping and receiving.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Maintain a high level of parts knowledge through available training.

 

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent customer service skills. Parts experience is a plus.  Must be able to lift/transfer/carry up to 50 lbs.
