Job Description:

Avance Primary Care is seeking a highly motivated Registered Dietitian to join our team of talented and dedicated medical and pediatrician providers. Avance provides integrated, whole person care in a collaborative environment and our team of highly engaged dietitians enjoy a supportive team environment.
Avance Care is an industry leader in private sector integrated care. Avance started its first practice in 2008 and now has over 25 individual, integrated care clinics. We are growing throughout the state of North Carolina.
This position will be a combination of onsite and remote work.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience working with pediatric patients, highly preferredLicensed as a Registered Dietitian with the North Carolina Board of Dietetics and NutritionMinimum of one-year clinical nutrition experience, highly preferred
Our Registered Dietitians:
Conduct assessments, develop care plansusingthe nutrition care process, monitor on-going medical conditions, and provide nutrition education and counseling to patients.Provide appropriatenutrition and diabetes education and counseling servicesto individual patients, families, and groupsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team tocoordinate patient careand to identify education and nutritional needs of patients with nutrition-related medical conditionsContribute to the nutrition services department through work on other projects and program development efforts
