Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated 3rd Shift Production Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for a skilled leader to establish themselves with a long standing and reputable company.
SHIFT:
- 3rd - 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Schedule and Supervise hourly workforce
- Schedule and award OT as necessary
- Supervise in accordance with the Master Dairy Agreement & Local Addendum
- Monitor daily operation of production department and correct deficiencies
- Ensure product quality and sanitation guidelines are routinely achieved
- Ensure the accuracy of wash charts & daily production paperwork
- Ensure efficient operation of plant equipment
- Ensure all work procedures and policy guidelines are routinely achieved
- Ensure safe work habits. Maintain safe work environment.
- Oversee the successful operation of the production parts supply room
- Cultivate employee suggestions into continual improvement strategies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience in dairy/food processing environment is required.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise employees to achieve defined objectives.
