Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for providing direct support in selling Commercial Pro AV products and/or services to existing customers and in identifying new selling opportunities to existing customers. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and correct procedural or systemic problems. You will collaborate cross-functionally to provide sales support and utilize knowledge to coach junior members of the sales team. You will begin to generate leads by contacting prospective customers. Drive business growth by closing sales. Identify possible improvement opportunities. Understand Commercial Pro AV products, systems, and ADI procedures. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

Job Duties:


  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Follow up promptly and qualify all new sales leads.
  • Articulate ADI's value propositions to existing and new customers.
  • Generate incremental sales growth through outbound calling efforts.
  • Prepare and manage the monthly sales pipeline.
  • Develop strong partnerships with customers and resolve problems.
  • Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Special ad hoc projects

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Prior industry experience
  • Successful track record in exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong desire for world-class customer service
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and excellent organizational skills
