Medline Industries Inc. has an immediate opening for a Campus Program Specialist (hybrid)based out of our corporate office in Northfield, IL. This individual will be responsible for the planning and implementation of program activity for the Talent Acquisition function through collaboration with TA leaders, recruiters, HR functions and the business. This person will manage the relationships with outside schools and organizations to build brand awareness and ultimately drive applicants, and manage the relationship with Medline I&D team to drive diversity initiatives. This person will also oversee Medline's Rotational Assignment Program.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, build and maintain relationships and partnerships with outside schools and organizations that align with the needs of the business.
Plans and executes various events including info sessions, professional development workshops, acceptance events, and networking sessions
Track success of campaigns, turnout of events, etc and appropriately make recommendations
Partner with the Medline I&D team and the ERGs to research and develop partnerships and strategies around diversity hiring
Project manage Medline programs as it relates to Talent Acquisition including onboarding, training, and developmental events
Manage the Medline Rotational Assignment Program including divisional placements, evaluations, check-ins, trainings, and workshop events.
Coordinate Ambassador program with internal stakeholders and monitor success
Facilitate campaign and marketing process with TA's messaging specialist and the recruiting team
Assist in the planning and execution of Medline's Internship and Sophomore Summer Programs, including managing pre-hire communications, coordinating events/trainings, managing day-to-day activities, implementing mentorship program, facilitating evaluation processes, and more

Education
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Work Experience
At least 2 years of talent acquisition or program/event management experience
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Data reporting and analysis skills required to perform core duties of the role.
Ability to prioritize workload and schedule effectively in order to meet deadlines.
Ability to present to and communicate with various audiences (ex. others with differing language, senior management and non-technical audiences).
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within and between teams.
Advanced skill level in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
