Day-To-Day

• Provides administrative housing support for the CFO, Facilities Director, Accounting and Business Operations staff.
• Composes correspondence, draft agendas, initiate/return phone calls, review incoming correspondence and determine appropriate recipient, maintain various files, for housing.
• Schedules appointments, zoom, and/or teleconferences with VOATX Property Managers and Regional Managers
• Travels to housing properties to gather data and assist CFO and/or Facilities Director
• Creates invoices for housing billing.
• Emails invoices and corrections to property accountants.
• Requests reimbursement checks and follow up on such requests.
• Prepares and analyzes 40+ housing reconciliations by property.
• Analyzes 42 housing financial statements.
• Reviews monthly variance reports from property managers and regional managers.
• Downloads rent roll details and review reconciled cash reports in system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-3 years experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have valid Texas Driver License
