Job Description:
Our client, a retail and installation company in Portland, ME is looking to add an HR administrative assistant to their team. Candidates must have interest in pursuing a career in HR, and either held internships or have 1+ years of experience in recruiting or HR.
Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the full cycle recruiting process of production labor positions.
- Leads and organizes new hire orientation.
- Represent the organization at Career Fairs and recruiting events.
- Prepare HR Documents and maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Assists in answering employee questions related to password resets and new hire information.
