Primary Responsibilities:
Position available spring term 2023.
The Museum of the Big Bend is in need of a Work Study student to work in the Museum's Gift Shop and Welcome Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and all day Saturday. The worker will be responsible for greeting the public and dispensing information about the current Museum exhibits, taking admission monies and gift shop sales. The student will be trained by Museum staff on all aspects of their job to ensure that they feel confident in handling the position on their own.
This position is security sensitive and will require a background check.
Other duties as assigned.
