Job Description:

The Associate HR executes the HR activities in an employee life cycle; Monitor joining/training numbers at hiring to plan for deployment in the unit; prepare Workforce management dashboard in order to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness, timely reporting to business of the critical Employee areas and effectively execute resource deployment within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Organize employee engagement activities, enablement sessions and prepares pre-and post-onboarding communication.

Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Plans, executes and monitors HR activities in a employee life cycle from pre-joining to exit management as per the defined guidelines in order to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness

Employee Assistance
  • Handles escalations if executive/IBPO unable to close. Informs executive to update process documentation accordingly.
Hiring
  • Point of contact for recruitment at the operational level to coordinate on the panel requirements in order to follow corporate recruitment guidelines.

Employee Assimilation
  • Executes activities as per the unit-specific on boarding and induction process at the DC/DU. Obtain feedback and collates metrics of assimilation and induction processes from new joiners at the DU/DC in order to check the effectiveness of the on boarding process.

Deployment
  • Deploys new joiners as per the approved manpower plan of the unit. Monitors the bench strength regularly and facilitates their deployment within and outside the unit. Handles the employee issues/queries of those on the bench in order to manage the various resources deployment mechanisms effectively.

Performance Management
  • Creates a plan to execute the performance management areas and monitors and drive adherence to plan to ensure new joiner goal setting, appraisal process education, appraisal closures and taking escalations. Post appraisals executes PIP process at the DU/SC along with the PMs. Reports the status/progress of these areas to AM-BPHR/Manager-BPHR and highlights areas of concern for corrective action in order to ensure basics of performance management culture is maintained in the unit.

Compensation & Benefits Management
  • Reviews and validates the inputs from PEs and creates case studies/FAQs in order to capture tacit knowledge.

  • Handle any mini projects/workload on Program delegated by OPM and in turn problem solve/action in a quick turnaround time

  • Responsible for attending all necessary meetings and completing assigned action items when applicable

  • Utilize all relevant administrative tools and processes which support the Licensing Department


Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum two years of experience related to the job description

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Eye for detail to ensure high accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Understanding of HR principles and concepts an understanding of the service offerings of the HR.

  • Can prioritize tasks of different relative importance in own area of work based on criticalities and interdependencies in the project. Proactively plans and identifies critical inputs, analyses data.
    • Very good organizational skills, including note taking, follow ups etc.
