Network Engineer at Infosys Limited in Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Job Description:

I nfosys is seeking a Network Engineer This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mount Laurel, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require 20% travel in the US.
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
4+ years of Information Technology experience
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:
Atleast 4+ Years of hands on experience in design of products using Ethernet Technologies - ELAN, EPL, EVPL, ETREE, ERP
Atleast 4+ Years of experience in MPLS and routing protocols like OSPF, BGP
Metro Ethernet Forum Certified Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional
Experience in certification of Ethernet network devices like Ciena, Juniper, Cisco devices
Serve as a technical resource in developing testing methodology including testing strategy, plan, approach and scripts that support Ethernet network services
Act as a technical lead on identifying testing approach, plan, scope, priority to align with network architecture, network engineer, solution architect, solution designer and cross function teams
At least 4+ years of experience with Networking.
Good understanding on Networking protocols.
Monitor and Configure Cisco or Juniper devices .
Basic knowledge in Python scripting
