Infosys is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager

As a Salesforce Product Manager , you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects. You will lead the project(s) from beginning to end , from initial proposal through completion, to provide our clients with innovative high-quality solutions focused on their business needs. You will build and manage the project team, schedule assignments, monitor and review deliverables of project teams and ensure successful delivery and implementation. Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider Three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

  • At least 7 years of experience in Product Management

  • This position is for specific location Plano, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Atleast 5 years of experience in salesforce product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading Agile product development teams in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile Central (Rally).

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce products and platforms, including Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud/ Experience Cloud with Salesforce certification(s) preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across functional areas.

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of product development initiatives within the Salesforce Agile program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals, maintaining a clear product roadmap and backlog.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional partners, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Drive the Agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and releases.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product management, conducting user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA analysts to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across teams.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance, iterate on features and functionality, and optimize the product to meet business objectives.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging insights to inform product strategy and roadmap planning.

  • Represent the product team in stakeholder meetings, executive presentations, and industry events, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external audiences.
