• Primavera Oracle P6 Software experience a plus

The Role:


We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee all aspects of critical projects within our manufacturing operations. In this leadership role, you will leverage your expertise to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to strict quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources


• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues


• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment


• Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery


• Implement and monitor quality control procedures


• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment


• Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders regularly


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)


• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing project management


• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget


• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices


• Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP)


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
