Job Description:

Salary: Depends on Experience

Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Conway Arkansas area to find a Quality Manager for their team! This role will lead the Quality program at the plant including processes and quality personnel.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage all quality systems and programs at the plant level


• Manage all QC employees including hourly and leads, development and training of all employees


• Ensure quality standards are maintained at all levels


• Comply with general company standard operating procedures
  
  


• Maintain and utilize data, identifying and reporting trends


• Communicate with members of management across all departments, maintaining constant updates on product issues and production line issues


• Ensure all regulations are met across the plant


• Support the manufacturing process, including validation of new processes, develop and implement inspection and test methods
  
  


• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree


• 5+ years of Quality Supervision or Management experience


• Experience in metals, plastics, packaging, or paper industries
