IU Human Resources seeks a project based, part-time employee to join our team.
Job Summary
Scans and indexes documents in the OnBase document management system, per standard operating procedure.
Ensures proper storage and disposal of documents according to document retention standards.
Proactively identifies system and document issues and consults with HR staff to remedy.
Assists as needed with ongoing file maintenance and HR OnBase setup.
Performs other clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered. Education beyond the minimum required may be substituted for work experience. Work experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted for education.
EDUCATION
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
