Job Description:

ARCHITECTURE Project Manager JSA in W Hollywood seeks a qualified individual to oversee the planning, design, and construction of architectural projects. Responsible for a wide range of tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Working under a Principal or Licensed Architect, you will create initial schematic designs and project models which achieve client objectives; prepare drawings, elevations, and schedules for submission to the City; make revisions; and create a final set for contractor bids. Once construction is underway, attend weekly meetings to monitor client satisfaction and assist in mapping out change orders. Also involves interfacing with interior designers/vendors for interiors/ landscaping selections. Requires 24 months experience as an Architectural Project Manager and a Bachelor's in Architecture. $74,422/yr, M-F, 9-6. Resume/CV to davidmoffat@junestreetarchitecture.com
