Digital Marketing Intern at Vallourec in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Intern will be working on strategic projects to support the regional and corporate communications teams with the Vallourec.com and Social Media Projects. The intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the day to-day operations of a corporate communications team in a corporate headquarters setting.

PROJECTS:

• Vallourec.com Project: The student will be asked to review the North America Sections of the website and propose improvements such as content, design/layout, and SEO. Potential to work with corporate team to make agreed upon improvements.
  
  


• Social Media Project: The student will be asked to review our regional and corporate social media channels and propose improvements. They will also be asked to investigate other channels (currently not managed in the region) and propose the best options to increase our social media presence and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing with an emphasis on digital marketing, a digital media degree or digital communications.
