Min Req: HS dipl/GED, or foreign equiv; 24 months customer service exp in any occupation; 12 months exp in a legal environment in any occupation, incl paid/unpaid internships; proficiency w/ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, & other legal docs; excellent research skills, w/ ability to gather & analyze info from various sources; &, fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
