Candidate will be required to provide support to corp clients for their networks, servers & database; deliver expert ass. for custom software solutions (remote & on-site); diagnose and resolve motherboard component faults and conduct thorough hardware troubleshooting; resolve software problems, ensure optimal perfor. & functionality; perform server installation/ configuration; exec. virus removal procedure; provide remote access and troubleshooting for client; develop test disaster recovery plan; and investigate net problems.
