Human Resources Co-Op/Intern
As a Human Resources Co-Op/Intern you will be ready to kickstart your career and build real-world experience with talent acquisition, payroll, benefits and leaves, and HR data management as a member of our NA Shared Services team.

FishHawk site located in Lithia, FL
Housing and relocation can be provided for qualified candidates.
Term
September 9 to December 20, 2024
Full time Co-Op/Internship. Hybrid.
Typically 36-40hrsa week.
What will you do?
- Recruiting Activities
- Payroll preparations
- HR Data Management
- Access Requests
- Electronic Filing
- HR related projects
- Working with a wide range of people including management, production operations, and functional employees.
- Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
What do you need for this role?
- Sophomore level or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills and proficiency with visualization/reporting tools considered an asset.
- 2.75 GPA or higher
- 1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is required
- Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a team environment is a must
- Motivation to set and achieve goals, take initiative, and nurture projects forward
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships and networks
