Human Resources Co-Op/Intern
As a Human Resources Co-Op/Intern you will be ready to kickstart your career and build real-world experience with talent acquisition, payroll, benefits and leaves, and HR data management as a member of our NA Shared Services team.

Typically 36-40hrsa week.
What will you do?
Recruiting Activities
Payroll preparations
HR Data Management
Access Requests
Electronic Filing
HR related projects
Working with a wide range of people including management, production operations, and functional employees.
Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
What do you need for this role?
Sophomore level or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business
Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills and proficiency with visualization/reporting tools considered an asset.
2.75 GPA or higher
1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is required
Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in a team environment is a must
Motivation to set and achieve goals, take initiative, and nurture projects forward
Ability to foster collaborative relationships and networks
