The Senior Voice Technician supports and provides technical assistance for design, development and maintenance of components in the company's voice and/or video systems. Coordinates, monitors and expedites the flow of information, documents and material in support of component analysis, testing and development. Additionally, you will help with project planning and scheduling, perform document control and record management and assist with asset management, budget / expense tracking and other duties.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success


  • Assists with voice / video component implementation and maintenance for complex integrated systems.

  • Assists with the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems and software applications.

  • Monitors and gathers data on voice / video and related utilization trends, synthesizing and inputting data into relevant management systems.

  • Analyzes and resolves data management, reporting and related issues, ensuring data is timely, accurate and accessible.

  • May assist with drafting and design, using CAD and CAE tools to develop preliminary prototypes for voice / video system components and upgrades.

  • Interprets design specifications, identifying missing details and ensuring final design accuracy and applicability.

Qualifications


  • 4+ years' prior experience

  • HS Diploma or AA Degree
