Who You'll Work With



Slalom's Salt Lake City office is currently seeking a talented Sales Executive to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities.


The individual in this role will serve Slalom's clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand. You must have the ability to hunt for and develop new logos and/or identify new opportunities in existing accounts.



What You'll Do

• This individual will work across a variety of industryportfolios and network of companies to grow new business.


• Lead and close complex pursuits by collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the entire sales lifecycle.


• Deliver revenue growth within target accounts, both net new and existing, by developing account plans in collaboration with Account and Practice leaders.


• Target, develop, and maintain key buyer/influencer relationships across multiple client accounts.


• Define win themes based on our competition and contribute to proposal development.


• Collaborate with our alliance partners to drive joint sales activity, including AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud, and Microsoft.

What You'll Bring

• Previous sales and account management experience, ideally within a technology or services/consulting environment.


• Able to partner with new and existing clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.


• Experience in building relationships with CXOs, business decision-makers, and key influencers.


• Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills.


• Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills.
