Our new resort destination will feature a world-class marina teeming with a fleet of experienced captains in the "Sportfishing Capital of the World", 72 marina slips, 14 acres of beach and pool, nine new unique culinary destinations buzzing with energy, retail, and 214 island-chic luxurious waterfront rooms. As a Painter, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and renovations. Your attention to detail, precision, and artistic eye will help create an inviting atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.

Pay: $22/hr



Qualifications



• Experience of 2-5 years preferred in commercial or institutional maintenance environment.


• Light carpentry and strong knowledge of paint and wallpaper.


• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members.


• Valid driver's license preferred.


• Preventive maintenance background preferred.


• Read, write and understand English.
