Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for producing CNC machined torque converter components and for operating secondary processes/machines like welding and hardening
• Responsible for quality checks using appropriate gages and recording in the appropriate system
• Will maintain productivity standards, perform changeover and perform self-inspections
• Will adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
• Will need to cooperate and communicate with all levels of the department and organization
• May be called to work on other Assembly areas as needed

Your Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 mos. machining operator experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer and mathematical skills.
• Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
• Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
