Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually

The Judge Group has partnered with a leading global food manufacturer expanding their US business footprint starting with their suburban Chicago based flagship plant. We're looking for an experienced Quality Superintendent from the food manufacturing industry. The company offers strong benefits including bonus and above average medical/dental/vision programs.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of quality and safety of all associates on the assigned lines
  
  


• Responsible for reporting out efficiencies, line targets, defects, and quality numbers to manager at the end of every shift
  
  


• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse departments throughout the entire production process
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 5+ years of quality supervisory experience in an SQF, BRC, AIB type of food environment
  
  


• USDA/FSMA/RTE Knowledge highly preferred


• 
  MUST HAVE: Meat Industry Manufacturing QA experience (Beef/Pork/Poultry)
