Location: Henderson, KY

Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Our client is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Northern Kentucky. The company offers an excellent compensation package, including an annual bonus and relocation assistance if needed.



Responsibilities:



*Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery


*Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects


*Lead, coach, and manage a team of 16+ FTE in a fast-paced manufacturing facility


*Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency management of all maintenance staff affiliated with this plant location


*Apply experience and skills when troubleshooting PLCs, automation, and controls


*Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems


*Manage spare part Inventory processes



Qualifications & Requirements:



*3+ years of Maintenance Management experience, preferably in a high-volume food or consumer products manufacturing environment


*Solid PLC troubleshooting experience


*Strong Project management experience


*Excellent strategic and growth mindset!


*Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint


*Considerable experience managing or maintaining ammonia refrigeration systems.
