Responsible for working in Site Utilities Crew with the emphasis on this position being on the maintenance and repair of process and utility chillers on site as well process HVAC systems.

This position will offer a one-time sign-on bonus of $2,500!

Basic Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/GED


• 3-5 years' experience in HVAC/Refrigeration


• Current certification or ability to obtain Universal Certification through EPA program for refrigerant handling.


• Industrial mechanic/equipment experience


• Strong mechanical equipment troubleshooting skills


• Experience in a manufacturing environment


• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills


• Demonstrated strong organizational skills (with attention to detail)


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• General computer skills


• Demonstrated ability to work independently


• Completion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable


• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.

Additional Preferences:

• Good understanding of Quality and GMP requirements


• Associate Degree related to industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance preferred


• Previous industrial maintenance experience, experience in local trades

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

 Safety:

• Follows all site and departmental safety policies and procedures.  Suggests and implements safety improvements while incorporating safety into daily activities.

Compliance:

• Maintain 100% current on Learning Plan. 


• Follows all SOPs and ensures processes, procedures and documentation are executed as expected per GMP requirements.


• Follows through and corrects discrepancies found in documentation, drawings, BOMs, etc.

Other Information:

• Work schedule is 12-hr rotating shift between days/nights.


• Overtime may be required to meet business needs


• Call ins as available
