We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to assist in leading our Agronomy Service Center (ASC) in Trumann, AR. You will be a valued team member responsible for assisting all warehouse operations activities at the site. Key responsibilities include customer service (roughly 25% of the job), inventory management (20%), expense management (10%), compliance & safety (20%), warehouse personnel and facility management (25%), and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  
  


• 1+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
  
  


• Customer Service Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills
  
  


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  


• This role will require a valid driver license to drive a company vehicle
  
  


• Restricted Use Pesticide Sales Persons license if required (or ability to attain by a specific date as agreed with company).

• Agriculture Background
  
  


• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Business
