Job Description:

Trains and supervises materials engineers and other engineers and employees to optimize person and machine interface to continuously improve the quality and productivity of the operating units producing stainless steel. Sets productivity goals and quality standards for production of stainless steel products and oversees quality control for these products. Oversees the development of processes to optimize downstream manufacturing characteristics for materials and products made from stainless steel products. A bachelor’s degree in Energy and Materials, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering and one year of experience as a Quality Control Engineer are required.
