CRM Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support our sales processes and objectives.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
3. Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM using tools such as workflows, business rules, and plugins to meet specific business needs.
4. Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
5. Train and support sales team members in effectively utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM for lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system by implementing data governance policies and procedures.
7. Monitor and analyze CRM system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to integrate CRM with other business systems and processes.
9. Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, recommending and implementing relevant improvements.
