General Description:The Personal Shopper Business Coordinator supports the Personal Shopper with customer service, client development, and team development
Responsibilities:
- Increase cross sell and purchase frequency with existing customers
- In partnership with shopper, develop seasonal business strategy
- Provide qualitative information for Top 100 client spend analysis
- Develop one-on-one relationships with key clients
- Champion all company/store initiatives
- Manage holds and ensure adherence to hold policy
- Manage will call and ensure adherence to will call policy
- Manage preorders and memos
- Utilize technology to drive sales: BG Connect, option 7, BG.com, social media
- Management of assistant team: monthly scheduling, clinic/meeting attendance, follow up on daily task completion
- Running client appointments in absence of shopper
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous retail experience
- Computer skills
- Management experience preferred
