The Sr. Manager of Sales Strategy, Operations, Branding, and Category Management will play a crucial role in the business development leadership team, focusing on driving branded growth and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have Sales Operations Management, Imaging, and Branding experience in retail and/or distribution in consumer-facing verticals. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of developing and implementing innovative strategies in convenience store programs and retail sales operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred
  • 8+ Years experience in branding, imaging, and sales operations within a convenience store, retail environment, or large distributor.
  • 3+ years' experience leading /managing branding and imaging project teams, overseeing project allocation, tracking progress in Salesforce, setting KPIs, addressing challenges, and evaluating team performance.
  • Experience working directly with C Suite executives, business development, and other departments, including account management, sales operations, transportation, legal, procurement, and marketing, to foster process improvements and EBITDA growth.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting systems, dashboards, and analysis for the business development team to drive actionable insights and transparency into team performance.
  • Expertise in vendor management, strategy formulation, and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability in handling complex, ambiguous problems and being a self-starter.
  • Skilled in strategy formulation and execution, data analysis, project management, vendor relations, and process optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects and a team simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time, including overnight stays and possibly extended trips.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze strategic growth opportunities, developing business cases and presenting recommendations to senior management.
  • Act as a bridge between business development and other departments, including account management, sales operations, transportation, legal, procurement, and marketing, to foster process improvements and EBITDA growth.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team and key vendors to ensure performance standards are met, especially in site imaging. Develop strategies to streamline the branding and imaging process and reduce turnaround time.
  • Expedite the onboarding process for new locations, ensuring swift and efficient integration.
  • Manage the capital budget for imaging sites, including monthly forecasting for the business development team.
  • Manage and provide clear goals and direction to a team of six consisting of Sales Analysts, Project Managers, and a Branding team.
  • Work with all the outside vendors to ensure the team has the correct imaging supplies to rebrand the site.
  • Lead various cross-functional projects as required.
