Join Our Team as Director of Operations! This role is ON site five days/week in Mount Olive.
Are you ready to lead the daily operations of a rapidly growing company with oversight of Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Procurement, and Customer Service Teams? We're seeking a dynamic individual to partner with cross functional team stakeholders to drive efficiency, foster growth, and ensure excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish metrics for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance day-to-day operations.
Oversee warehouse, logistics, production, procurement, and customer service teams.
Plan and manage budgets to achieve financial objectives.
Improve customer service and satisfaction through policy enhancements.
Coordinate efforts among various divisions for smoother workflows.
Project a positive image of the organization to all stakeholders.
Collaborate with CEO on business strategy and expansion activities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.
8-10+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of food manufacturing/bakery ingredients or related sales processes.
Willingness to learn technical aspects of products.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
