Responsibilities
Provide essential administrative support to our exceptional project management team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient project execution.
Play a pivotal role in bid activities, contributing to our success in securing new projects and opportunities.
Take charge of project documentation management, correspondence, and logs, ensuring the smooth flow of critical information.
Facilitate seamless Subcontract/Purchase Order distribution and tracking, optimizing our procurement processes.
Demonstrate your meticulous approach in handling compliance documentation and tracking, ensuring our adherence to industry standards.
Be at the forefront of change management document distribution and tracking, ensuring that projects remain on track and adaptable to evolving needs.
Make a lasting impact by overseeing closeout documentation, ensuring projects are completed with precision and finesse.
Manage project documentation archival, contributing to our knowledge base and enhancing our organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication both verbally and in written form.
Demonstrates the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, concerns, or inaccuracies.
