Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an IT Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, processes, and goals; Document requirements, process workflows, and use cases using appropriate tools and methodologies
Conduct analysis and gap assessment: Analyze current business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement; Propose solutions that align with business objectives and IT capabilities
Facilitate communication and collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT development teams, and external vendors; Ensure clear and effective communication, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations
Develop functional specifications: Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications; Document user stories, business rules, data definitions, and system behavior to guide development and testing activities
Support solution delivery: Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions; Provide guidance, clarification, and support throughout the development lifecycle
Perform testing and validation: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate the solution against business requirements, and ensure proper functionality and usability
Provide training and support: Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials and user documentation; Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users after solution implementation
Monitor and evaluate solution performance: Track and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions; Identify areas for further improvement and optimization
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration)
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the energy or utilities industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
Familiarity with IT systems and technologies, including enterprise applications, databases, and reporting/visualization tools
Understanding of project management processes and principles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
