The Opportunity. Aero Precision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand's visual storytelling through the creation of compelling and engaging content. This position requires a strong portfolio, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and a proven track record of excellence in video and photography production.

The Job.
Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality video and photography content that aligns with Aero Precision's brand identity and marketing objectives. This includes product showcases, lifestyle shots, promotional videos, and brand awareness campaigns.
Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute visual stories that captivate our target audience, effectively conveying the features and benefits of our products. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and narratives for various content pieces.
Video Production: Manage the end-to-end process of video production, including pre-production planning, scriptwriting, shooting, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing. Ensure that videos maintain a high standard of production value and visual appeal.
Photography Expertise: Capture professional-grade product images, lifestyle shots, and other visual content to be used across various marketing channels, including website, social media, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content produced adheres to Aero Precision's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across different platforms.
Equipment Management: Be responsible for maintaining and updating photography and videography equipment, ensuring that all gear is in top condition for shoots.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to plan and execute content projects that support our marketing strategies.
Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in content creation, videography, and photography, integrating these insights into our content strategy.
Content Distribution: Assist in the distribution of content across various channels, optimizing content for social media, email campaigns, and other platforms.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, video production, and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work and achievements.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Creative Vision: Demonstrated ability to bring creative concepts to life and tell compelling visual stories through video and photography.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, visually appealing content.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for Firearms Industry: A strong interest and understanding of the firearms and industry is desirable, though not mandatory.
