Position Overview: This innovative organization is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Director of Marketing to oversee our marketing initiatives. The Senior Director will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth. This individual will lead a team responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, launching new products, and driving customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and direct marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
Drive product launches and ensure successful market entry by developing and executing launch plans, market segmentation strategies, and messaging frameworks.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Manage marketing budget effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
