This candidate will be responsible for improving the user's experience of insurance products on Mobile Web and Apps and Desktop by making them easier to use, using human-centered design practices. You'll conduct unmoderated user research using prototypes designed in Figma, defining goals, success measures and synthesizing the results to report insights and recommendations to design and business teams.

Position is onsite at Plano Campus. Candidates must reside in Plano, Texas.
