Hybrid Work Requirements (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Onsite)
Introduction:
One of our Health Care Clients seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in the health care domain, specifically within Utilization Management. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with on-site collaboration at the Wallingford location. Responsibilities:
Define and manage the scope of Business Systems projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop use cases, system flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and requirement mappings for system integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support system requirements.
Work closely with development teams to implement SOAP, API, and REST integration requirements.
Utilize Agile Methodology and Atlassian tools for project management and collaboration.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in the health care domain, with a focus on Utilization Management preferred.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in creating use cases, system flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and other documentation artifacts.
Experience working with Agile Methodology and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Knowledge of SOAP, API, and REST implementation requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
