Our Client, a Global Hedge Fund is seeking a Workplace Experience Associate to join their San Francisco team. In this role, you will act as the ?rst point of contact for all guests and employees, provide general assistance to visitors and internal employees, have an onsite presence, and deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm.
*Please note this is a temp-to-perm role - $55-60K*
Responsibilities
Provide excellent service by greeting guests, candidates and visitors
Communicate and coordinate with internal employees for guest & candidate arrival
Schedule meetings in the conference room
Maintain relationships with external vendors
Maintain inventory of office supplies and kitchen supplies
Ensure Workplace Support desk and lobbies are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies
Perform administrative tasks such as expense reports
Assist the Workplace Team with special projects as needed
Maintain mail and packages
Education/Experience/Training:
A bachelor's degree preferred
Superior communications skills
Must be a self-starter
Must be able to go onsite on a regular basis
Must be a team player, ?exible, and professional
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be resourceful and proactive
