Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8:00 am – 8:30 pm, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Rotating weekend coverage shift (one weekend on, two weekends off), with additional day shifts during the week to make 40 hours.. Pay range $23.58 to $24.98 per hour, based on experience. Must have basic working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems. Must be capable of operating power tools in a safe manner. Must possess a valid New York State driver’s license and be able to operate company vehicles and equipment necessary to perform assigned duties. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. A Minimum of 2 years related work experience. Performs general corrective and preventive maintenance. Assist in maintaining buildings, equipment, heating, cooling electrical and plumbing systems. Participates in snow removal, subject to emergency call. Performs other duties as may be assigned. Submit resume and application form. Applications accepted until position is filled.
