In this spirit, PANG Industrial, a proud brand of TRC, is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America. This role is designed for a dynamic and self-motivated professional who is ready to carry forward TRC's rich legacy into new markets and opportunities. As a field-based position requiring extensive travel, the Business Development Manager will be the face of PANG Industrial across North America, engaging directly with clients, nurturing relationships, and driving strategic sales initiatives. Essential Job Functions:

 


  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.

 


  • Client Consultations: Conduct in-person consultations to assess client needs, present PANG Industrial solutions, and close deals, ensuring alignment with TRC's legacy of quality and innovation.

 



  • Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow key accounts, developing strategic relationships and customized solutions that foster long-term loyalty and expansion.


  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

 


  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed sales plans for targeted regions and accounts, setting clear objectives and milestones to achieve revenue targets.

 


  • Performance Tracking and CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track sales activities, monitor progress against goals, and maintain up-to-date client information.

 


  • Sales Training and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about PANG Industrial products and industry developments to provide expert advice and support to clients, including conducting product demonstrations and training sessions.

 

Education and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, enhanced by a solid background in industrial sales.

 

  • At least 3 years of field sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a self-motivated manner.

 

Skills / Requirements:

 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building relationships on the move.

 

  • Proficiency in CRM software, with the ability to manage data effectively from the field.

 

  • High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and resilience, comfortable with extensive travel, (50-75%).

 

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions on the fly.
