Compensation Range: $19.00 / HR

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview:

Kilgore Companies is a Utah-based corporation in the business of sand and gravel mining, ready-mix concrete manufacturing, and roadway construction and paving. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our professional team.

Major Responsibilities Include:

- Professionally handle and transfer calls from vendors, clients and business partners

- Treat every call as a priority call

- Assist walk-in clients and visitors

- Schedule conference rooms

Minimum Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- 2 years exclusive experience as a receptionist (please do not apply if you do not have this experience!)

- Construction industry experience not required but a plus

- Friendly personality

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Excellent phone etiquette

- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

- Professional written and verbal communication skills

- Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
