As the Senior Director of Corporate Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the Rollins Support Center. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our corporate objectives and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities
You Will be Responsible for. . .
Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Conduct regular assessments of HR needs and develop plans to address them effectively
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop strategies to attract and retain top talent and build a diverse workforce
Implement retention initiatives to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction
Corporate Headquarters HR Business Partner:
Serve as a change champion for people leaders and employees to elevate and enhance the employee experience
Lead communications and change plans to roll out (or maintain) HR initiatives/programs to drive adoption and engagement
Deliver projects on time, in-scope and within budget consistently
Serve and manage a team responsible for day-to-day employee and manager support needs
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues
Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and productivity
Performance Management:
Manage the performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, succession planning, and career development planning
Develop and maintain key relationships with external coaching partners for leadership development needs
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters
Identify opportunities for performance improvement and provide appropriate interventions
Training and Development:
Identify training and development needs within the organization and develop programs to address them
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver training sessions on relevant topics
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
HR Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance
Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and proactively update policies and practices accordingly

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
10+ years of progressive and relative work experience, preferred in a large publicly traded organization
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a corporate setting
Commitment to working onsite at the RSC (corporate headquarters) to foster relationship building, collaboration and serve as a visible leader
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to handle multiple inputs, projects and demands concurrently with a quality and timely delivery
Possess a nature ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders
Excellent writing skills with ability to quickly adopt the tone and voice of a company and many senior leaders
Collaborative skillset to partner with and guide leaders regarding the "when, how, and what" of communications
Ability and willingness to be both a thinker and a doer
An openness to pivot as business priorities evolve – you can work a plan yet remain flexible and open to change course quickly
A strong bias for action and the ability to articulate both measurement of those programs
An ability to turn thought leadership into great program designs or processes, etc.
Confidence in building robust communications and change plans to roll out (or maintain) HR initiatives/programs to drive adoption and engagement. Strong ability to level the right channels, at the right time and promote programs while effectively adjusting messaging/approach if needed
Experienced and savvy in navigating and delivering company-wide programs by understanding key stakeholders (know who they are, when to engage them, when to bring them into your design, implementation and feedback loops)
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
