HR Employee Relations / Performance Management Consultant

Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F, 1 hour Lunch

Pay: $85-100K

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience within and HR Generalist or HR Management position, focusing heavily on Employee Relations
• 2+ years of experience focusing on employee relations, organizational and department development, HR compliance and leadership development

Nice to Have:
• Experience with ADP

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all HR Employee Relation escalations and problem resolutions
  • Ensure local office is following HR Compliance
  • Assist department managers with performance management and leadership development
  • Provide guidance for department managers surrounding attendance policies, communications with their employees surrounding time/attendance/behavior/performance
  • Work with and provide guidance to department managers to assist with the understanding of local labor laws
  • Manage onboarding for new hires
  • Serve as a main point of contact for employee HR related questions and or concerns
