Requirements: • 3+ years of experience within and HR Generalist or HR Management position, focusing heavily on Employee Relations • 2+ years of experience focusing on employee relations, organizational and department development, HR compliance and leadership development
Nice to Have: • Experience with ADP
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for all HR Employee Relation escalations and problem resolutions
Ensure local office is following HR Compliance
Assist department managers with performance management and leadership development
Provide guidance for department managers surrounding attendance policies, communications with their employees surrounding time/attendance/behavior/performance
Work with and provide guidance to department managers to assist with the understanding of local labor laws
Manage onboarding for new hires
Serve as a main point of contact for employee HR related questions and or concerns
