About this Role:
ContainerPort Group, a World Group company, is currently looking for a detail oriented person to join our family as an Asset Management Coordinator to join our growing world headquarters in Rocky River, Ohio! This position is Monday thru Friday, 9am-6pm.
Th Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of all driver technology assets that are placed in our Independent Contractor's trucks and manages/updates the interfaces related to those assets. This position must protect the company's high dollar technology assets and support our safety and recruiting efforts through clean management of in truck assets. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and update in truck asset inventory, terinal/corp. office-based inventory, and web interfaces associated with these assets
Update physical plates inventory and registry
Toll violation Management
Support Field locations on asset related issues
Manage Independent Contractor chargebacks for rolls and damaged/non-returned equipment
Manage Asset shipments to field locations to support recruiting and safety initiatives tied to in truck assets
Qualifications:
Experience in managing assets
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
High School diploma required. College education preferred.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to make decisions and develop and/or improve processes and procedures
Ability to create reports and/or policies to create positive influence and gain results
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
