Demand Planner Responsibilities:
Forecasting consumer demand for the North America brands
Support management with risk assessments
Develop mitigation plans to ensure the demand planning function is functioning at optimal efficiency
Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy
Monitor and report on significant demand changes in sales forecasts and business strategies
Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
Present demand analytics in a digestible format to upper level management
Demand Planner Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business discipline
3+ years of demand planning, supply chain or related analytical experience
Preferred food manufacturing or CPG experience
Preferred SAP APO, JDA, Oracle software experience
Proficient Excel skills
Ability to present analytical findings in a digestible manner
