Job Description:

The City Seeds General Manager of Food Services will oversee all culinary operations/business lines. This includes government contracts located at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The goal of this position is to coordinate food service operations, manage staff, ensure food safety, inventory management, drive efficiency, and work closely with the City Seeds production kitchen located in Baltimore. The Manager will be responsible for setting up operating procedures, supervising scheduled shifts, ensuring food safety protocols are being met and the overall efficiency of daily operations. Additionally, the General Manager is an integral part of the overall City Seeds Management Team and will assist with all business operations and management as/when needed.
