Private Banker- Healthcare at Regent Bank in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Description:

Summary:

The Private Banker position is responsible for performing routine branch and customer service duties. This position is responsible for generating business and continually building relationships with existing clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete new account openings, maintenance and servicing accounts.


• Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming and customer-focused environment.


• Build relationships with customers to help identify financial products and services that will better meet their needs.


• Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information responsibly.


• Using software to track bank information and generate reports.


• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.


• Assisting customers with processing transactions that includes deposits, withdrawals, payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answer questions.


• Assist clients with wire transfers verifying information and monitoring for fraudulent wire activity.


• Keeping a clean, and organized work area along with a professional appearance.


• Follow all bank financial and security regulations/procedures including completion of required compliance training.


• Maintain necessary logs and reports for compliance.


• Other duties as assigned.

Education And/Or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• One (1) year of previous retail banking required


• One (1) year of personal banking experience is preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure of deadlines.


• All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background, credit, and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.


• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs.


• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.


• Sitting for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:

The working conditions are generally comfortable with minimal exposure to noise, heat, dust and other related items. All employees are required to maintain a neat and safe work area.
